Other specialist areas: CV: In the year 2001 Dr. Michael Pohlmann and Dipl.-Ing. Harry Reinhardt, both patent attorneys, founded the Reinhardt & Pohlmann Partnership. In the year 2014 they founded together with Dr. Ursula Kaufmann the actual RPK Patent Attorneys Partnership mbB.
His work history started with an apprenticeship as plasterer/stuccoer. Thereafter he studied civil engineering and passed the patent attorney examination in the year 1991. Harry Reinhardt is admitted in front of the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office and the Office for Harmonization. Since more than 20 years he is working on the field of adult education, inter alia as lecturer in respect of intellectual property law at the Pforzheim University. Harry Reinhardt received a Master degree (LL.M. in advanced litigation) from Nottingham Law School, UK.
Since several years he is engaged in business mediation and coaching intensively. He is listed as a mediator for international conflicts on the field of intellectual property at the WIPO in Geneva. The German Association for business mediation (DGMW) certified him as business mediator (DGMW) and mediation tutor (DGMW). There he is an active board member. Additionally he is certified by the European Association of Supervisors and Coaches (EASC) as coach. Regularly he is training business mediators as mediation tutor. His special attention is turned to accompanying and conducting mediation as well as accompanying our clients as coach especially in respect of negotiation coaching.
